Save time in the gym do leg and arm(tricep) at the same time

1. When you go down put your weight on your front leg heel, upper body lean a little bit forward
2. Knee don't over the toes
3. Use hamstring and core to pull your back leg in and stand tall

If you don't have gliding plate you can also use towel or disposable plate

1. 下去時重心放在前腿腳後跟,上半身稍微往前傾
2. 膝蓋不能超過腳趾
3. 起來時用大腿後側的肌肉力量跟核心把後腿帶進來

這是可以同時練腿跟三頭肌的運動

在我後腿腳上踩的可以使用毛巾或是免洗盤子
